All the Institutions will have following management structure.
	Governing Body ( A policy making and progress reviewing body) Executive Committee (Directing executive Instructions on policy framework) Principal (Day to day administration) Heads of Departments (To man the activities in the Department)

CONSTITUTION OF GOVERNING BODY Chairman nominated by the society. 4 prominent members from various fields like Education, Industry, Administration etc., chosen by the society. Secretary and Correspondent nominated by the society. Prinicpal, the Ex-officio Secretary to the Governing Body. Two members representing the State Govt. and nominated by them. Two members representing AICTE and nominated by them. One member nominated by the affiliating University to represent it. The Society nominated a common team with effect from 2006-07 for all U.G. and P.G. institutions established by them.

CHAIRMAN Sri K.L. Narasimham A Civil Engineer with 20 years of teaching experience and 25 years of educational administration mainly in planning and development of technical institutions both in State Govt. and Private sector.

	MEMBER NOMINEES OF THE SOCIETY Dr. B. L. Deekshatulu Electronics Engineer, Former Director of NRSA, Visiting Professor to ISRO / I.I.Sc., Bangalore and an eminent Scientist.
	Dr. C.V. Dharma Rao, I.A.S. An administrator presently in Education Secretariat, Govt. of India.
	Dr. Ch. Seetharamiah Former Director of NISIET, A Chartered Accountant and a Doctorate in Management.
	Sri. M. Venkata Reddy, Former Drug Controller, Govt. of A.P., Member Pharmacy Council of India.
	Sri. K. Tulasi Nath A Mechanical engineer, Chief Executive, Secretary and Correspondent of all the Colleges and the joint Secretary of the society. Principal of the Respective College.
